LEARNING OBJECTIVE
- Describe the purpose of an OHSAS and explain its principles.
- Explain the purpose, content and interrelationship of OHSAS 18001, OHSAS 18002 and ISO 19011.
- Plan and conduct an unbiased OH&S Management System audits in accordance with ISO 19011.
- Interpret the requirements of OHSAS 18001 in the context of an audit.
- Report the audit, including writing valid, factual and value adding non-conformity report.
- Describe the roles and responsibilities of auditors and team leaders (team leaders shall lead the audit).
- Undertake audit follow-up activities, including evaluating the effectiveness of corrective action taken by process owners
Anyone who is or aspires to be:
- A Third Party Assessor or Lead Assessor
- Responsible for undertaking audits of suppliers/subcontractors
- Responsible for implementing internal audits and audit progra
Course Timing
5 Consecutive Days - Start Time 09:00; Finish Time 18:00
Exam
There is a 2 hours close book exam on the final day (pass mark 70%)
